Lourdes College continues to uphold its commitment to excellence with the successful completion of its annual ISO Internal Audit, held from February 3 to 5, 2025. This year’s audit marks a significant milestone as the institution transitions from ISO 9001:2015 to ISO 21001:2018, also known as the Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS). This upgrade reinforces the school’s dedication to learner satisfaction, educational service efficiency, and continuous institutional improvement.
Auditors rigorously evaluated processes, policies, and educational services to ensure compliance with international standards. Among the key audit teams was Team 7, led by Dr. Anthony Ly B. Dagang, Dean of the Business Education Program, whose leadership contributed to the thorough assessment and validation of the school’s adherence to EOMS requirements.
By transitioning to ISO 21001:2018, Lourdes College strengthens its alignment with global best practices in education, ensuring a more structured, student-centered approach to quality management. This milestone reflects the institution’s unwavering pursuit of excellence and commitment to providing a world-class learning environment.
We extend our appreciation to all administrators, faculty, staff, and auditors who played a vital role in this achievement. Your dedication and teamwork drive our mission forward. As we embrace this new standard, [School Name] remains steadfast in delivering excellence in education for our students and stakeholders.
